Hologram, QR code and place of purchase: three quick checks to recognize a genuine product.
Why it is worth checking
When a brand has been on the market for more than twenty years, sooner or later someone tries to take advantage of its name. Knowing how to check that what you are holding came from where it says it did protects your purchase.
1. The hologram
The PHN F.VIT label carries an authenticity hologram with the Proher Natura logo. A genuine hologram changes as you move it: tilt it under the light and the reflection shifts. A silver print on glossy paper looks the same from every angle.
Check the edge too: a hologram applied at the factory sits flat and is aligned with the rest of the label.
2. The QR code and PIN
The label includes a QR code and a PIN that you can verify. Scan the QR with your phone camera and make sure it takes you to the official page, whose address starts with proher-natura.com. Be wary of link shorteners, look-alike domains with one letter changed, and pages that ask for personal or card details just to “verify.”
3. The capsule and where you bought it
PHN F.VIT capsules are engraved with the Proher Natura logo. And buy only through the network channels: distributors authorized by Proher Natura, whom you can find on the “Nearest center” page, and the official online store.
If the product comes from a secondhand market, a stray social media listing or a resale platform, we cannot vouch for it: we do not know how it was stored or where it came from.
Signs that something is off
- A price far below the list price.
- A blurry, badly cut or misspelled label.
- A broken safety seal or a container that does not close properly.
- A seller who promises medical results: Proher Natura sells food supplements and does not make that kind of promise.
If you think you were sold a copy
Do not consume it, and contact us. Have on hand a photo of the whole container, one of the label and the place where you bought it. You can reach us from the contact page or on WhatsApp.

Food supplements are not medications.
